Q. What size jobs do you do?

A. We do jobs of all sizes ranging from small repairs, to large custom home construction, and everything in between.

Q. Will my house be a mess during construction?

A. Construction can be a messy process. We go to great lengths to protect your home from construction debris and dust. We use tarps and drop cloths, construct temporary visqueen shelters, utilize fans and vacuums, and do a thorough clean up, leaving your house as clean as it was before your project was started.

Q. How long will my project take?

A. Depends on size and complexity. We will give you a timeline for your job and work diligently to meet it without compromising quality of workmanship.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

A. Yes, we are licensed by the State of Michigan as residential builders, license #2101102014. We carry liability insurance also. Copies of these are available for review.
